Simon Holland - Operations Manager
   Simon, a licensed commodities trader coordinates the operational activities for each PEM client’s business needs.  From procurement and transportation to terminaling and marketing he manages the processes in accordance with applied hedging strategies.  Simon’s skill set compliments the PEM team adding value in several areas.

• Began his career in the petroleum industry with Colonial Pipeline Company as a pipeline controller and continued to hold a number of other operational roles with increasing responsibilities.
• Prior to joining PEM, he was the client relations manager at Colonial working with their scheduling and quality assurance groups.
• Was a primary interface between the pipeline and their customers responsible for building relationships, resolving issues, setting up new customers, and identifying and communicating opportunities to improve the operations for both parties.
• Simon adds an extensive knowledge of the supply chain logistics for PADDs 1-3 to the PEM team as well as the geographical market dynamics along the eastern seaboard.
• Extensive experience leading and developing various internal and external training and education initiatives
