Mark Johnson - Vice President
   Mark joined Professional Energy Management in 2003. He has over 14 years experience in the petroleum industry. His experience and background skills include downstream operations, products trading, industry administration and direct sales and marketing.

• Prior to joining PEM, Mark started in the industry with Louis Dreyfus Energy (LDE). At LDE Mark honed his skills in downstream U.S. operations through logistics and scheduling. He also learned the various components of industry administration. Mark held various positions at LDE ranging from Logistics coordinator to Operations manager.
• After LDE, Mark joined TransMontaigne Product Services (TPSI) as an Account Manager. He was responsible for downstream sales and marketing to wholesalers, retailers and end users in the Southeast. At TPSI, Mark was exposed to trading and product origination. He gained experience in commodity trading, position management, hedge strategies involving options and derivatives. Mark planned developed and executed supply and risk management strategies for end users and petroleum marketers. While consulting with TPSIs wholly owned subsidiary, Refined Solutions, Mark initiated and developed a web based ordering and inventory management software system for commercial end users and wholesalers and retailers.
• Mark has an MBA in Economics from Georgia State University and International Business from University of Toulouse, France. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Jennie.
